Kentucky Passes Direct-to-consumer (DTC) Legislation

For folks who like to follow this kind of news, the state of Kentucky has just passed legislation that will allow producers to ship directly to consumers in the United States.

The program ‘Bourbon without Borders’ has helped bring forth legislation that will make Kentucky the seventh state in the US to allow DTC shipments.
